    One full hour, every visit.

    • Monthly visits through week 28, biweekly to 36, weekly until birth
    • Standard labs and ultrasounds, ordered as needed
    • Birth planning, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance
  2. Birth

    Home or hospital — your call.

    • Home birth, attended by your Kindred midwife
    • Hospital option at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center
    • 24/7 on-call access as your due date approaches
  3. Postpartum

    Care for both of you.

    • In-home postpartum visits in the first days and weeks
    • Newborn exams and lactation support
    • Six-week follow-up and transition to ongoing care
